JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Incharging the work in the site, including: progress report, making the plan to do the assigned work according to the plan and master schedule. 
• Quality control, inspection, evaluating of the performance of quality assessment tables according to the company's quality management system.
• Directly accept input material quality and construction quality
• Instruct and control construction teams / subcontractors to comply with company construction procedures
• Managing, implementing, examining and evaluating labor safety regulations at the scene.

REQUIRMENT:
• Graduating from University, majoring in construction
• Proficient in informatics and software related to construction.
• Communication skills, problem presentation skills, negotiation skills
• Skill in planning and high pressure.
• Having a high sense of discipline and responsibility.
